I was a former Division 1 Running Back at the University of Missouri. As an Elite Performance Coach, I have 10+ years experience and I have worked with a vast array of clientele including professional and collegiate athletes at the University of Oregon, Notre Dame, and Arkansas State.
Many people begin to FEEL different prior to SEEING a visible difference. If you stay consistent with both your nutrition and training, results will follow.
All of my clients are evaluated upon our initial consultation. At this time, I conduct a movement screen, a health questionnaire, and help you set goals so I am able to best serve you.
